Customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of fragrances, opened or used products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
